Built in 2025 (named after my wife Tanja) one bedroom apartment 40m2 is located in quiet residential area of Kotor (Dobrota), just 3 km away from the Old town Kotor. The apartment consists of open plan living room, full kitchen and dining area, attached to the terrace offering unforgettable view over the Bay of Kotor. Mountain and see view. AC in every room, Wi-Fi, free private parking. Baby cot and high chair is available upon request. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Top floor apartment with three flights of stairs, so not recommended for mobility issues. Importantly, you have your own secure inside garage spot, as well as parking spots outside the apartment.
