The view of the Eastern Aegean and Fourni islands is breathtaking !

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

Welcome to Jimmy's place - studio apartment, which we tried to make as cozy and comfortable as possible. The kitchen has all you might need, the king size bed has new hypoallergenic aloe vera mattress and pillows. Air condition is of course available free of charge.
