Roadrunner Studio

Roadrunner Studio is a detached studio in the quiet Ranchos neighborhood of Kanab, near Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon National Parks. The 400 ft^2 studio offers a queen sized bed, pull-out sofa, and generously sized kitchen / dining room. Plenty of outdoor parking in front of the studio. The property backs up on BLM land, and you're encouraged to explore the in-town hiking trails as well as the property itself on lazy days between national parks! And for days when work calls, the Wi-Fi is great.

Vermillion Oasis Vacation Retreat In Kanab, Utah!

Vermilion Oasis is nestled in the Ranchos of Kanab and surrounded by the Vermilion cliffs. The casita is a separate building with parking and a private entrance. The space offers a spacious bedroom, and living room with a kitchen, bathroom, and washer/ dryer. This space is perfect for 2 and can accommodate 4 people. The backyard is fenced-in and is dog friendly. You'll find a BBQ and Fire pit area to relax and take in the views. Watch your favorite streaming shows with high-speed WiFi and Roku.

We are situated close to 3 national parks; Zion National Park, Bryce National Park, and North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We are 3.5 hours from Las Vegas. Other nearby attractions; Coral Pink Sand Dunes, the Wave, Coyote Buttes, and our most famous attraction located just 2 miles behind the property, Red Cave Slot Canyon (totally free!). Camp fires to enjoy the evening air and starry nights.

Enjoy the solitude of the Grande Staircase Escalante National Monument at the Paria River Ranch. We are located on Rt 89 by Toad Stools, Nautilus, The Wave and Buckskin Gulch, to name a few. This rustic studio is the perfect place to hang your hat after a day exploring Southern Utah. 1 Queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, toaster, BQ grill, and private patio. It is also a healing center for our rescue animals *Toilets and showers are next door at the bathhouse*

Newly built guest suite close to downtown with beautiful views surrounding the property. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Private front entry with parking space. Courtyard with Bistro Table.
