There is snow, (AWD/4WD snow tire/chain Oct-May), snowmobiling and sledding in the winter and Brian Head Ski Resort nearby along with Cedar Breaks National Monument, and lots of beautiful local sites.

Located in Kanab’s La Estancia neighborhood, this home comes with clubhouse access which includes a year-round indoor pool & hot tub, exercise room and seasonal outdoor pool (May to Sept Approx). Hiking, grocery, shops & downtown are all a decent walk from the front door. This home was curated with the cook, baker, reader, adventurer, game player, and zen seeker in mind. This is your memorable base for your UT/AZ Park adventures!

This gorgeous cabin in Duck Creek is centrally located between Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and Cedar Breaks National Monument (each about 30 minutes away). Enjoy the many outdoor activities in this beautiful area including hiking, fishing, skiing, ATV, and snowmobiling. This cabin has a wonderful wrap around covered porch with beautiful views as well as a barbecue grill, fire pit, horseshoe pit and hammock. This cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. No pets! No exceptions!

Built from my horses hay shed and transformed into a unique piece of art! My mothers taste and uniqueness and my dads labor is nothing but impressive. You will see the love they spent in every inch of this precious country cottage. The cottage has 1 king bed 1 bathroom and easy parking. Perfect for a couple nights stay next to the majestic zion 17 miles, 50 to bryce, 90 to antelope point. Orderville is a very small town, this awesome cottage is located on the main hwy 89 drag!

Our private suite is in the lower level of our home in the charming town of Kanab. You have a private entrance next to your parking space. There's a porch to relax on after your adventures to watch the sun glow off the red rock cliffs or to enjoy a morning coffee/tea/cocoa. You will be close to hiking trails, restaurants, & Jacob Hamblin City Park. Your private parking space can fit 2 cars; additional parking for boats, UTVs, etc is available. Bikes can come inside.
