We get several inquires about small weddings, events, parties, etc. Owner has strict no more than 10 guests spending the night. Apartment is downstairs from common area (through door to the left immediately upon entry). Common area doubles as a night-time sleeping area for our dogs (kenneled). The dogs are often roaming the backyard. They’ll approach you & try to play, if you let them. All of the animals are very friendly.
