The space is self contained on the ground floor of our house with your own private access. This boasts a recently refurbished comfortable space. Your own spacious living area, bedroom, bathroom and use of the ground floor garden. Take a short drive or walk to explore nearby restaurants, a Saturday market and the local beach. Unwind in comfort at our cozy Kapiti getaway.

Charming self-contained upstairs suite, full of light, with lovely outlook on our beautiful seaside village. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

A small guest suite apartment which is joined onto the main house. You have your own private shower room and a small kitchenette including small bench-top oven/grill, and fridge but no microwave or stove. Free Wifi and Full access to Netflix Parking is on the road and there are less than 10 steps and a sloped pathway leading up to the front door. We do have a new born child, and so you may hear some sounds from the house, but we don't think this should be a problem

Our self-contained suite is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We provide a comfy bed and optional cooked breakfast. As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.
