Welcome to our stunning 7-bedroom beachfront home (with a mix of king, queen and single beds) designed to accommodate up to 19 guests in comfort and style. Perfect for large families, groups of friends, or special celebrations, this spacious retreat offers breathtaking ocean views, multiple relaxation spaces indoors and out, and plenty of room to unwind and reconnect with loved ones. This beachfront home is a 5-minute walk to Paraparaumu Beach shops, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds/skate park.

Sunny, spacious and warm with vibrant colour inside and out, Sunset Beach House has a mix of vintage and modern furnishings, and everything you could wish for, for a holiday or getaway at Otaki's beautiful beach. Fully equipped with four spacious bedrooms on a quarter acre section, there's plenty of room to spread out and relax. A house for all seasons, enjoy leisurely beach walks, sun, surf and sand in the Summer, or cosy up by the fire in Winter and take in the snow on the beautiful Tararuas.

Walk out the door onto the beach - dog friendly

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay right on the beach front. You will hear the waves lapping while enjoying the panoramic views including Kapiti Island and amazing nightly sunsets. This spot is perfect for beach walks and swimming. Complete kitchen. Kids kayaks and a paddle board available for guest use. This is our own family beach house that we are opening up to guests so it naturally comes with the lived in feel and some personal items - not a sterile investment

Beside the lagoon - Waikanae Beach

A sunny and secluded beach cottage overlooking Waimanu lagoon with views to the Tarurua Ranges inland. A short walk will take you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. Accommodation includes a twin room downstairs next to the bathroom, queen bedroom on the mezzanine and another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Wake up to see ducks and swans on the water - a truly relaxing and peaceful place to unwind.

This self-contained, secluded guesthouse with private entrance is right on the beach.
