Wenn du in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft übernachtest, hat deine Familie alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. Am Rande der Barockinnenstadt triffst Du hier auf eine geräumige und ruhige 2-Zi-Wohnung mit 55qm, die Deiner ganzen Familie oder Reisegruppe viel Platz bietet und hervorragend ausgestattet ist. In nur 80 Metern gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Imbiss und mehrere Eisdielen, eine Bank und eine Apotheke. Schöne Restaurants sind im Umkreis von 200 Metern fußläufig erreichbar.

Ferienwohnungen zur Elz - DG

Unsere 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit knapp 48 qm wurde im Winter 2019 fast vollständig renoviert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet samt Klimaanlage und in der neuen Saison auch mit Fernseher. Anstelle des Stockbetts wurden im Schlafz. 2 Einzelbetten neben dem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Neben einer neuen Klimaanlage wurde ein neuer 55 Zoll Fernseher angebracht Im Flur befindet sich eine Leseecke mit Couch, welche für eine 5. Person ausgezogen werden kann. Für 4 Gäste großzügig, bis 5 Gäste möglich

Sie bewohnen ein 45 qm großes modernes 1,5 Zi Appartement im Erdgeschoss welches nahezu barrierefrei ist. Nur der Haupteingang hat 6 Stufen. Das Studio ist stufenlos und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine kleine Terrasse, 50m vom Marktplatz mit Restaurants und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
