This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Hayam Evi’s rooftop balcony is a perfect place to start and end your day, gazing at the magnificent the sea view.

Suite La Mer is located at Kördere area of Kalkan, just 6 min. drive to Kalkan Center and 15 min. drive to the one of the most famous beaches of Turkey, Kaputaş Beach. Suite La Mer has been beautifully furnished and offers fabulous views over Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands. The floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood into the apartment and make the most of those Kalkan sunsets.

Our villas located in the Çukurbağ Village and on the Lycian way are waiting to be your holiday home this season. If you prefer a holiday in a peaceful nature looking out to flawless greenery, our authentic stone villas are waiting for you. We provide all house appliances, towels, barbecue, air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room. We have an inside and outside dining area for 6 people. There are sunbeds and shades around the pool area.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

It is in a central location and the garden floor belongs to you and the pool only belongs to the customer on the garden floor. The other upper floors will not be used. Since the season is busy, you can send a message before making a reservation. Customer Satisfaction is at the forefront and everything is as seen in the photos.

Zeytin ağaçları içinde modern bir yapı. Uyandığınızda denizin masmavi manzarasını görebileceğiniz harika bir manzarası bulunuyor. Sizde bu anı kaçırmayın. Denize 1.5 km uzaklıktadır. Villaya giden yolun son 100 metresi %20’lik bir eğimden oluşmaktadır. Villamızın terası dışarıdan görünmemektedir. Havuzumuzda ısıtma yoktur.

Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway.
