Sie verfügt über eine gute Autobahn- und Busanbindung (z.B. um Opatija, die Plitvica Seen oder das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen). Zum Strand benötigt man mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Gut geeignet für reiselustige Familien, Pärchen und Geschäftsleute. Kommunikation fließend in englisch, kroatisch und deutsch.
