Villa Hana was newly reconstructed and refurnished in June '18. For sport lovers it offers a private tennis court. Hot summer days will be a pleasure while enjoying a large rounded pool with a waterfall. With more than 300m2 the villa is seamlessly unified with nature on estate of 2500m2. Old oak trees surround the estate creating a small private forest and natural shades. In spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna, 2 dining rooms and 2 kitchen you can fully enjoy the luxury of the villa.

Villa Dorina

Das Neu erbaute und Modern eingerichtete Haus befindet sich in Kastel nicht weit von der Grenze Slowenien/Kroatien. Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests.
