Holiday house between Green & Blue Situated in a perfect location, our house offers the best of both worlds - close proximity to the sea & distance from the city bustle, ideal for a relaxing holiday in peace and nature. House is built in authentic Dalmatian style, with carefully selected natural materials such as stone and wood, creating a warm and traditional atmosphere. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, the house offers complete peace and privacy, integrated into the natural environment.

Modern studio apartment

This modern studio apartment is ideally located between Split and Trogir, just a 3-minute walk from the train station and 12 minutes from the beach. Guests can enjoy the garden and a shared swimming pool (shared with one other apartment and the owners). The pool is available from April to November. Free private parking is provided. The apartment also includes a balcony with beautiful views of the sea and Split. Please note that the balcony is detached from the apartment, as shown in the photos.

Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.
