Apartment Porat is brand new apartment in my family house, old about 300 years. Feel the scent of Croatian history in luxury apartment just 3 meters from the sea. Wake up in the morning with the sunshine above Porat- small port in Kastel Novi. Live like locals, go to nearby bakery for your breakfast, drink morning coffee.... swim or fish just a few steps from apartment. The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

Royal is new, modern & luxury renovated apartment with jacuzzi, 50 meters away from beach. Has 50 square meters and 30 square meters terrace. Comes with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully eqipped kitchen with a dining area, bathroom with great shower, barbecue facilities, garage(1 car) , flat-screen TV in every room and free wi-fi. Offers a big terrace with open sea view on surrounding islands. Diving can be enjoyed nearbly. Trogir is 5 km away and Split airport 8 km from the acommodation.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

This studio apartment is in the center of old part of Kaštel Štafilić. Apartment has everything that you need for living. Kitchen -microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven and all kitchen utensils, bathroom, washing machine ,air condition, smart TV, free WI-FI. Everything is on your hand and near by-beach is 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, market, restaurant, caffe bar all in 50 meters reach. Bus station is 500m of walking, air port is 4km away, parking place is nearby, train station is 3 km away.

The apartment is located in the attic above the seafront, not far from the city center. It has a large living room, connected to the dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, an oven and stovetop) . It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen. Within the apartment there is free private parking.

Enjoy your stay on a little Mediterranean island! Spend the lazy summer afternoons in a private pool and warm summer evenings in a Jacuzzi. Note that both are shared with other guests on our property. You will be hosted by a beekeeper family on a honey farm, so you can learn a thing or two about making honey! Our apartments are furnished in Mediterranean style, air-conditioned, fitted with WLAN connection, terrace, and private parking. Located between olive trees and little stone walls.

Apartment Astra is placed in Kaštel Kambelovac and is located on the 2nd floor of a four-story building, orientation south and west. Fully equipped kitchen is available. Flat-screen TV's with satellite channels are available in the living room and both bedrooms. Beds in both bedrooms can be arranged either as single or double beds. There is a couch in the living, suitable for an adult. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wheelchair ramp and elevator are available.
