Sie wohnen auf einer Fläche von ca. 245 m², die auf 2 Apartments aufgeteilt sind. Es stehen insgesamt 4 Bäder zur Verfügung. Das Haus wurde 2017 komplett neu renoviert. Es befinden sich 4 Stellplätze im eigenen Hof. Im Garten befindet sich ein 8 m auf 4 m großer Pool der selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden darf, sowie eine Loggia mit Grillplatz die für gemütliche und entspannte Abende sorgen kann. Die gesamte Gartenfläche ist mit Kunstrasen umgeben und bietet viel Platz zum liegen bzw. relaxen
