Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom novom smještaju, koji je ponikao iz prethodnog koji iznajmljujemo već preko 13 godina uz najviše standarde čistoće i pristupa prema svakom našem gostu. Privatni luksuzni bazen temperature po želji naših gostiju, obično oko 27°C (80°F) tijekom čitave sezone (proljeće - jesen). Jacuzzi kada tik uz bazen. Kuhinja sa roštiljem i velikim stolom u dvorištu/terasi na otvorenom (uz uobičajenu kuhinju u objektu). Još jedna terasa sa komfornim stolom iznad samog bazena. Smješteno u odvojenoj parceli u Kaštel Sućurcu koja garantira mir i privatnost, a udaljena je samo 15 minuta od aerodroma i plaža Splita, Čiova i okolice, te 10 minuta od centra Splita.

The closest beach is located in the city center. There is a bus stop in front of the property. Diocletian's Palace is 1.9 km away, while Joker Shopping Centre is in front of the property.

It also has 2 bathrooms and a private garage.Internet is 300mb/s with the possibility of increasing it to 1000mb/s.You can swimming in the pool, enjoying a beautiful view of the nature, going to the beach..

Holiday house Silvana is located in Kastel Sucurac, overlooking Kastela bay. This cozy family managed house was built in 2022 and has a private heated pool. House has two bedrooms with double bed, each having own toilet; and possibility for one extra person to sleep on couch in living room. Bed linen, 3 size set of normal and beach towels are included in the price, as well as consumption costs. The outdoor pool is open from the beginning of May till early October.
