Smješteno u odvojenoj parceli u Kaštel Sućurcu koja garantira mir i privatnost, a udaljena je samo 15 minuta od aerodroma i plaža Splita, Čiova i okolice, te 10 minuta od centra Splita.

Villa has 30m2 private heated swimming pool, gym, pool table, foosball table, summer kitchen with barbecue,sun beds and outdoor shower. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

Holiday house Silvana is located in Kastel Sucurac, overlooking Kastela bay. This cozy family managed house was built in 2022 and has a private heated pool. House has two bedrooms with double bed, each having own toilet; and possibility for one extra person to sleep on couch in living room. Bed linen, 3 size set of normal and beach towels are included in the price, as well as consumption costs. The outdoor pool is open from the beginning of May till early October.
