Denne rummelige kælderlejlighed med højt til loftet ligger tæt på både Amager Strandpark, shoppingmuligheder, seværdigheder, et rigt kulturliv med museer, Tivoli, koncertsteder, biografer, legepladser etc. Det ligger tæt på offentlig transport og Kastrup Lufthavn. Der er mulighed for at få nogle oplevelsesrige dage i Danmarks hovedstad. I har hele kælderlejligheden for jer selv (Ca. 130 m²) og værtsparret og deres to børn bor i stuelejligheden. Der er 2 soveværelser med en dobbeltseng i hver.

Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. Other important distances, 10 minutes’ walk to the lovely natural resort Amager Faelled; 15 minutes to the congress center Bella Center; and 25 minutes to Royal Arena.10 minutes by car to the very nice beach at Amager Strandpark that also offers kayaks; minigolf; cafés etc.

Lovely bungalow house from the 1930's, near center of Copenhagen. The beach, metro and rental bikes are within walking distance and the airport is two metro stops away. You have you own entrance and outside area, where you can do barbecue. You can walk to the train station within 10 min where the commuter train will take to Copenhagen central station in 9 min. Walking distance from Copenhagen airport. Free parking on private ground.
