The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story detached house, 100m from the sea and opposite the pine-covered grove of Panagouda. The entrance to the house is accessible by car and parking is free. The nearest beach, Rapsani, is 350m away, there are two supermarkets 100m away, a bakery, coffee shops and a seaside tavern. The city center is only 2km away and it's a wonderful route for walking next to the sea with cafes, snack bars, and taverns along the way.
