The first floor of the house forms from the kitchen, the living room, the office, the front yard and the WC. The second floor has four bedrooms, the second WC, strorage room and a porch with great view. Wonderfull traditional stone residence built in 1860 in two levels, ground floor and upper floor and surrounded by a big courtyard of 620 m². The house was renovated and rebuilt with the traditional construction materials and manufacturing techniques of the 19th century. Situated on the edge of the village and on a downhill my home is on the two main roads and very easy to access by car. On the upper floor, we enjoy spend time in our terrace with a magnificent view of the mountain.

Dear guests we are welcome to experience an enjoyable stay to our picturesque accomodation. Our house is dated back to 1940 and it is wood and stone built. Located in a quiet neighborhood of the old city center, the house provides immediate access to the castle of the town. For our adventurous and bold guests a beach full of stone is 300 meters away and at a distance of less than 5 km there are lots of sandy beaches of Kavala to enjoy.
