The village located at Mount Ipsárion. The nearby seaside village Skala Maries is about 10km away. The first floor of the house forms from the kitchen, the living room, the office, the front yard and the WC. The second floor has four bedrooms, the second WC, strorage room and a porch with great view. Traditional Stone House in a great Garden

Wonderfull traditional stone residence built in 1860 in two levels, ground floor and upper floor and surrounded by a big courtyard of 620 m². The house was renovated and rebuilt with the traditional construction materials and manufacturing techniques of the 19th century. Situated on the edge of the village and on a downhill my home is on the two main roads and very easy to access by car. On the upper floor, we enjoy spend time in our terrace with a magnificent view of the mountain.

Το ως άνω διαμέρισμα, το οποίο έχει ανακαινισθεί πρόσφατα (το 2026), πρόκειται για ένα ιδιαίτερο διαμέρισμα που αφενός μεν βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Ξάνθης, και δη απέχει μόλις πέντε (5) λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης (Κεντρική Πλατεία και Παλιά Πόλη της Ξάνθης), της πόλης με τα χίλια χρώματα, αφετέρου δε δεν παύει να αποτελεί έναν χώρο χαλάρωσης, ηρεμίας και νηνεμίας για κάποιον που θα προτιμήσει να διαμείνει στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

Dear guests we are welcome to experience an enjoyable stay to our picturesque accomodation. Our house is dated back to 1940 and it is wood and stone built. Located in a quiet neighborhood of the old city center, the house provides immediate access to the castle of the town. For our adventurous and bold guests a beach full of stone is 300 meters away and at a distance of less than 5 km there are lots of sandy beaches of Kavala to enjoy.

Σας περιμένουμε στον πέτρινο ξενώνα μας στην Παναγία Θάσου, ένα ιδανικό μέρος για ξεκούραση άνεση και πολυτέλεια. Η θέα στο κατάφυτο βουνό του Υψάριου Όρους θα σας μαγέψει και θα σας χαλαρώσει. Ο πέτρινος ξενώνας μας βρίσκεται σκαρφαλωμένος από το 1707 σε υψόμετρο 200 μέτρων, και απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά με το αμάξι από την Χρυσή Αμμουδιά. Διαθέτει μεγάλη πέτρινη αυλή και κήπο με οπωροφόρα δέντρα και μπαλκόνι με θέα στο βουνό.

My love for Theologos and my duty to save my great grandmother's house led to the creation of this entry. A historic house, built in the 18th century, next to the old government house or "konaki". It has been recently restored and redecorated to offer you a memorable stay.
