This house is situated outside the city center, away from the noise and daily bustle of everyday life. The house has a vast garden and is surrounded by nature so you can enjoy your vacation and your privacy. The patio has a long handmade table, benches and a barbecue. The house has a kitchen electric stove & oven, dishwasher a freezer & fridge, dining space, living room and bathroom on the ground floor (50 m2). PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

U neposrednoj blizini su kafići, restorani, dućani, šetnica i strogi centar grada sa glavnom ulicom koja vodi do najpoznatijeg gradskog trga Foruma. More je udaljeno parsto metara od stana no prve plaže su udaljene cca 2700m Aerodrom je udaljen 10km od smještaja.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

The building of Mar Mar apartments is a protected heritage dating from the end of the 19th century. It was built during a time when Pula was the main port of Austro-Hungarian monarchy. From outside this old beauty is waiting for a historical restoration while the inside is hiding a unique living experience.

The cozy studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the more than 50 years old stone house. From the apartment there is exit directly to the garden. The sea is on 50 meters walk trough the garden. From the terrace there is a partial seaview.
