Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Terasa ima drveni stol s klupama te velikim kaminom na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Besplatan WiFi. Dobrodošli!

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus für 6+2 Personen auf 2 Etagen ist komplett neu ausgebaut. Es bietet Ihnen komfortable Räume die modern ausgestattet sind, jedoch viele rustikale Details enthalten. Der Außenbereich erstreckt sich mit dem Ausblick auf den grünen Wald. Das Haus ist umzäunt und mit Gartentor abgeschlossen.
