Modern new Villa Natali with a pool - 6 people

Villa Natali is a newly built holiday home in a nice, quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

Villa Bella

A brand new city villa with a swimming pool designed for your maximum comfort and pleasure.The location of the villa is the perfect combination of the tranquility of a countryside and the proximity of the center of the 3000 years old city of Pula.The house can accomodate 6-8 people and it consists of a ground floor with the kitchen and dining area with direct access to the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool,living room and bathroom, and the upper floor with 3 bedrooms each with its own bath.

Villa Kalu is located in Krnica, a small and characteristic village 2 km from the sea. The villa offers 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for a total of 8 beds with 4 bathrooms as well as a splendid living area and a beautiful patio in front of the private pool where you can spend your days and evenings in tranquility, enjoying a portion of the sea view. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, air conditioning, powerful wi fi are included for free. Your pets are more than welcome ;)

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Casa Marta je prekrasna novoizgrađena mala moderna vila s privatnim bazenom, dizajnirana s ljubavlju i pažnjom koja svojim gostima nudi savršen odmor, za sve koji traže drukčiji oblik odmora, daleko od ljetne vreve i prenapučenih turističkih središta. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji u mjestu Marčana, od Pule je udaljena 10 km, od prve plaze 8 km, restorana 5 km te trgovine 1,5 km.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
