House with a lot of light, nice views of the horizon, sunset and the sea, very quiet, ideal for a nice greek vacation. Also, very close to the islands main shop life and 12 minutes walking to the nearest beach.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Newly built, fully equipped villa in the area of ​​Otzia in Kea. Comfortable spaces inside and outside the house, with private parking. The sea is located just 200 meters, ideal location for relaxation and rejuvenation. Two restaurants in walking distance, but private car is recommended for access to shopping.
