This is a historic craftsman style house in a great location of Kearney. You are walking distance to downtown Kearney On The Bricks where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. The MONA (Museum of Nebraska Art) is also located a couple of blocks from the house. If you like to ride bikes, walk or run, there is a walking/biking trail from Cottonmill State Park to Fort Kearney. This house sleeps 8 comfortably and has a rec room in the basement with a pool table and shuffleboard.

We do have a washing machine and dryer that we can share with you if needed. We also have a very nice backyard to relax if you would like to share that with us. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, bars and The World Theatre. Public parking within a block of the loft. Enjoy our historic downtown. This is in an active downtown, as such please expect a certain amount of noise, especially on the weekends. Nest:Space coworking is in the same building if you need to get some work completed.

This rental is a newer duplex in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the business district and a park. Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50.
