You can easily get to Kearney or Grand Island by using Hwy30 which is a minute drive from this location or use I-80 which is a 5 minute drive. Sleep Arrangements: 2 queen 1 full 1 twin 1 couch

One of a kind "beach vacation" in central Nebraska! A Caribbean ambience has been quasi recreated in this 1,600 sq. foot space NW of Kearney. The property sits amidst the Nebraska prairie with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. It's only 10 minutes and all paved roads to Kearney's north shopping district, to the University, and both hospitals. Guests rave about the view, amenities, and peacefulness while being so close to town. Many return and book directly.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to Downtown Kearney and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. This lovely place has its own outdoor entrance, cozy kitchen, bathroom with shower, private sleeping area and living area with fireplace. We do have a washing machine and dryer that we can share with you if needed. We also have a very nice backyard to relax if you would like to share that with us. This rental is a newer duplex in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the business district and a park. Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50.
