We have a large yard for responsible pet owners. Shelton is located 20 miles from Kearney and 20 miles from Grand Island. You can easily get to Kearney or Grand Island by using Hwy30 which is a minute drive from this location or use I-80 which is a 5 minute drive. Sleep Arrangements: 2 queen 1 full 1 twin 1 couch

Beautifully decorated and comfortable, it offers a great location two blocks from the hospital, across the street from St. Cecilia, and within walking distance from all that downtown offers. It is on a quiet street with large green spaces. We allow up to two dogs with a pet fee to allow for extra cleaning expenses. Although a basement apartment, it has a private driveway and entrance, and plenty of room with large windows in the bedrooms.

The property sits amidst the Nebraska prairie with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. It's only 10 minutes and all paved roads to Kearney's north shopping district, to the University, and both hospitals. Guests rave about the view, amenities, and peacefulness while being so close to town. Many return and book directly.

Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50.
