Charming 2 bedroom cottage in downtown Lakeport right by the lake and Library Park. Completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, tv, AC in all bedrooms, bbq, off street parking in 60 ft. driveway for boats. Located near 3rd st. and 5th st. boat ramps, walk to restaurants, bakery, ice cream parlour, antique stores, shops, museum, park and playground. Includes 2 single person kayaks and 2 bicycles! Bring your fishing poles and fish from the pier! Super comfy! Perfect location!

Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Adventure awaits: Stay, play, relax, and getaway! Hike the mountain or bike the lake, then return for a soak in the jacuzzi bathtub. Relax on the deck with a BBQ and a game of corn hole. Welcome to Seven Arbor Cottage! Enjoy some peace and quiet among the trees while taking in a peek-a-boo view of Clearlake or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. My two story cottage is nestled in the Black Forest so there's plenty of privacy from neighbors and several interpretative hikes for wandering. Relax on the multi-level deck and stare at the sunrises and starry night skies or chill in the hammock that's surrounded by a bamboo garden.

Trees of Heaven - Olive House

Our ranch/farm is where The house is nested right near to the 100 years old olive trees. Highway 20 and Nice/Lucerne Cutoff is an easy access. We are a working in progress ranch. The Olive House is a two bedroom house with a touch of love to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Our property offers a large parking for your vehicles and boats.
