Cozy yurt just outside of town

If you're wanting something a little different than a hotel room, come stay in our yurt nestled at the back of our property. There are mountain views right outside the door. Located only a short distance to the Seward boat harbor and Kenai Fjords national park. The yurt features a skylight to lay in bed and view the sky, electric fireplace, water cooler, coffee maker, as well as a shared bath house with full size shower, vanity and toilet. There are 2 other yurts on site sharing the bathhouse.

Unique Alaskan 2 Bed Yurt in Fairy Tale Forest

Try something different and stay in one of our brand new yurts! These comfy accommodations are nestled in the forest in a fairytale atmosphere. This yurt has 2 twin beds, a skylight looking up to the tree canopy, electricity, heater/fan, and shared restroom facilities. A covered pavilion offers several picnic tables, BBQ grill, and a nearby fire pit area. The yurts are truly an Alaskan "glamping" experience. We offer 10% off of glacier and whale cruises. We have bunk bed and queen yurts, too.

Forest Yurt

Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

A Homer Roundhouse W/ Mountains, Bay, Volcano View

The Homer Roundhouse is a perfect lodging choice for a couple, a small family or 4-5 adults. Located on a small road across from the beach yet hidden in town, this first class yurt is wonderful. All modern appliances and conveniences. You'll love it! We only book 3 night minimum stays on our calendar until March 1st then we open our calendar up to fewer days. Please know that there is so much to do and see in the Homer/Kachemak Bay area that 3 nights should always be the preference.

The Hickory Yurt

Perfect for a relaxing getaway! Stay in our unique Yurts featuring a queen lofted bedroom, living area and private deck. This yurt does not have running water, but provides a modern glamping experience and amenities. There is a shared campground outhouse and access to the private bathroom and shower at Coldwater Lodge. Conveniently located near Creekbend Cafe with walking access to most businesses and live music on the weekends, as well as fishing, hiking and other recreational fun!

Cozy Camp - A Rustic Glamping Experience

Welcome to your true Alaskan adventure! Nestled deep in the trees on our private property, our rustic backyard yurt offers the authentic, off-grid Alaskan experience. As a local family living on-site, we love providing local tips while giving you space to camp at this cozy yurt just a few miles outside of beautiful Homer, Alaska. This camping retreat offers a chance to view scenic wildlife such as grouse, moose, cranes, hares, and the occasional porcupine that come strolling by.

We are not your average getaway. Hidden in the rainforest canopy, spend the afternoon grilling on the porch while watching the eagles fly to and from their nest above the yurt. When your ready to wind down listen to the owls hoot around the fire ring while watching the sunset from exit glacier. A labor of love as my first home, I hope you get a slice of the serenity that comes with unplugging in this magical spot. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a moose or two in the pond.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Over looking a private lake, and in touch with mother nature herself. This is the perfect get away for peace and to get in touch with your adventurous side. This 16.7 acres has the main house and two other cabin rentals located on the property but plenty of space in between for privacy purposes. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Cancelling reservations negatively impacts our small business.

Birdsong Yurt

Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in this charming 16’ Alaskan yurt on 5 beautiful, privately landscaped acres. It’s glamping at its finest~ no running water or toilet, but has electricity, fresh drinking water, queen size bed and a cute super clean outhouse. Showers available in town. NO smoking allowed anywhere. Minimum two night stay. Infant or small child free. $30 per pet fee~ request at booking. Pets must be on leash or under voice control and kept with you.

In The Lee: Creekside Yurt minutes from Harbor, NP

Experience the essence of Alaska just outside your door! The new, In The Lee Yurt is located steps away from Salmon Creek on the outskirts of Kenai Fjords NP and 4 miles from the harbor. Nestled in the trees, this is the perfect jump off point to all your adventures in Seward. Fire up the BBQ, light the firepit, take in the sweeping mountain peaks, look out for wildlife as they frequent the creek and recharge in the cozy atmosphere of an Alaskan Yurt.
