We are 15 minutes to downtown where the Sabres NHL hockey and Bisons triple A baseball play and currently Bluejays major league baseball, 20 min from Niagara Falls, Canada, the airport and Highmark Stadium home of the Bills.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a single bed with a pull out single "trundle bed" underneath. All have new mattresses and linens (June 2021). The apartment is bright, spacious, and well equipped. Located on popular Hertel Avenue, there are many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.
