Ltd access to snowmobile trails directly from the house. ATV is no longer allowed from our home. Trails can be accessed from IGA (park across the st., or Depot Rd (includes trailer parking) 3/4 mile from our home. Hiking and incredible scenery! Walking distance to Pickford Pub and mins o Mtn Star Estate.

We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. The unit is located in a 7-room house NOT occupied by the owners. Entry is through a common door next to the parking spot. Apartment entrance is at the top of the second floor and secured with a keyless lock. You have the entire third floor to yourselves. There is a well-stocked, full kitchen/TV room either four power recliners and balcony overlooking the Kennebec River. The bedroom has a queen bed with second TV and spacious, tiled bathroom.
