Within 10 mins of Milford (Bayhealth Sussex, Walmart, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). 15 mins: DE Turf, Milton, breweries. 20-30 mins: Bowers Bch, Pickering Bch, Sports at the Bch, Dover & Georgetown, theaters & casinos. 30-45 mins: other beaches and outlets. Bowers Beach: A Slice of Paradise

Please note: We require guests to book the total amount of persons staying as we charge per-guest. We do not have a TV and our home is not suitable for unsupervised young children. Between Whitwell’s Delight and Bowers Beach Road, across from the old Tuthill Brothers Farm, we have a quiet space that is perfect for up to eight people to feel at home; great for couples or a tight-knit group of friends or family. We also have records, board games and puzzles to enhance the feeling of a cozy stay.

Captain's Cottage - Bowers Beach

This freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep up to 8 people per stay. 1,750 sqft of indoor space, a front porch and fire pit area will give your group plenty of space to relax during your visit. Your kids will love the playground, and basketball court across the street. Home includes 4x full size beds and 2 full baths. Home is about a 4 block walk to the beach entrance. Enjoy the included bikes or 6 person surrey! House comes equipped with a charcoal grill, beach chairs, and firepit.

Farm house Oasis

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 1st floor unit, located on a gated farm, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can sleep up to 6 people. If you enjoy the outdoors then this is the place for you. We have walking paths for you to enjoy and make sure to say hi to the animals as you walk by. Sit out on the front porch and watch the sunset or sit out by the pond and watch it there. This unit is 10 minutes from the nearest shopping. Do not enter barns or pastures.

One of the 4 bedrooms and the 1/2 bath is in the 2 story guest house.

Note: there are security cameras in place outdoors and there is a flight of steps to the entrance.

With both an upstairs porch and a back patio with screened-in porch, the views are panoramic and serene. Located in a Wildlife Preserve Area on the beach, The Big Yellow House has lots to offer--beachfront, spectacular views of the Marsh, wildlife--including heron, osprey, horseshoe crabs, bald eagles! House offers space for up to 10 family members--3 queen beds, plus one queen sofa, and one king daybed. Elevator for getting those groceries upstairs. Porches to help you enjoy sunrise, sunset, hot tub, wildlife observation, coffee, cocktail. You like fishing? This is the spot.

Our beach house is a quick 10 minute drive to the DE Turf Complex making it an ideal location for sports enthusiasts looking for a convenient place to stay during events. For those looking for shopping and dining, Milford is only a 10 minute drive.
