Rockford is 20 minutes away, you can find quaint shops, rent bikes for White Pine Trail, rent canoes to canoe the Rogue River.

Situated on on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front, as well as private pond out back filled year-round w/wildlife. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.

This little fishing shack on Olin Lakes in Sparta MI offers a clean and cozy tiny home experience. Fully loaded kitchen, comfy living room with internet and cable. One small bathroom with stand up shower, two cozy bedrooms with black out curtains. Olin Lakes offers great fishing and swimming. Long Lake is a half mile away, which includes a nice beach, play area, and bathrooms. There are kayaks and a canoe available with the rental. Or bring your own if you desire. Owners are near by

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
