Come enjoy the serenity of our stylish, upscale & private place. Your Airbnb en-suite has been recently remodeled, and blocked off from the rest of the house. We’ve anticipated your needs for a pampered stay in the walk out level of our tree top house. Begin your stay with hot coffee or tea and home baked treats. Enjoy hot towels after a shower. The en-suite has a mini fridge and microwave. We have been Airbnb hosts for several years and many have come as strangers but have left as friends.

Beautiful early 20th Century home with 3 spacious bedrooms in a very quiet street minutes away from Downtown. The home is .4 miles away from downtown Grand Rapids Market and .6 miles from the heart of downtown GR. The home boasts a spacious living area and dining area, large fenced in back yard and 49' Roku TV with Amazon, Netflix and a whole host of other channels for your viewing pleasure. The home comes equipped with central heating and air conditioning. No smoking at all inside please!

This room is a loft above the far stall garage with access to a hot tub (open year-round) and heated pool & tiki bar (open in the summer). This is more of a summer stay due to the amenities that are available. But people still come in the winter because we drop the price and keep the hot tub available. Full disclosure, the walk from the room to the house/bathroom is not heated in the winter and it can be a long, cold walk for some people, so we try to make that very clear before you book.

1920's 2 bedroom apartment half a mile from downtown GR. It's a straight shot downtown so it really makes it easy to walk along the grand river or catch a $5 Uber ride. Close proximity to parks and everything downtown has to offer. The apartment is warm, comfortable, spacious and quaint. Large Living area with 36' Roku TV to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime or any other network you can think of. Apartment comes with a good work space with high speed internet. On-street Parking available.

Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. Pet friendly with fee.
