The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It includes a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach w/dock & swim platform (May through October, weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots which provide an expansive view of Lake Wabasis; sandy beach at the shoreline; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond that's full of wildlife year-round (and fill the yard with the relaxing sounds of nature).

There is air conditioning but fridge etc. can’t be used at same time so people use it at night & unplug everything. Food stays cold. It's secluded yet 40 minutes to Grand Rapids. Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
