The Hut The living area incorporates a super-king size bed with comfortable foam topper. Bedside table/drawers, a wardrobe and fold away table with two chairs. An efficient wall-mounted oil heater keeps the space cosy and warm in the cooler times of the year. A compact kitchen area includes crockery and cutlery, a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with wc, shower and basin. Parking: a large drive will provide space for one car or small camper van, EV charger. Wi-Fi & USB Points.

Built at the turn of last century, The Beacon House is an idyllic seaside retreat with wrap-around decks, historic veranda, extensive grounds and uninterrupted sea views. The location is ideal for relaxed holidays among family & friends. On tranquil Tankerton Beach, The Beacon House is positioned above a unique spit (The Whitstable Street) a landmark view and famous for fossil foraging, fishing & seal-spotting. Original arts and crafts detailing combines with modern facilities for a luxury stay.

Weaver's Cottage

Weaver's Cottage is located in the peaceful garden setting of 15th C Cloth Hall. Smarden was once renowned as a weaving community. The cottage has been lovingly converted into a stunning retreat for four, offering a super king-size bed & 2 single footstool beds, a luxury spa bathroom and a large comfy sofa right in front of a wood burning stove. Guests also have access to heated outdoor swimming pool in the warmer half of the year and an optional hot tub year round for an additional hire fee.

Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.
