The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom accommodation with modern kitchen, dining, chilling and lounge area with stunning views across open countryside in an AONB, which can be truly appreciated from large deck area with outside dining. Parking. Sorry not suitable for children under 10 years old or pets.

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

This is paid for separately. Enjoy Whitstable's great restaurants and trendy cafes. Alba Lodge is a double height space, designed with sustainability in mind. Drift off to sleep in the king size bed. Freshen up in the large walk in shower. Sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.

Inspired by Harry Potter and the Orient Express x Roll top bath with TV in the master bedroom, video gaming area in the drivers seat, wet room, formal dining area that converts to lounge and TV snug. Also a First Class waiting room outside for extra space for group activities! Fantastic views of the countyside and river, log burner, central heating, she is set up for use all year around - magical!

The Oak Lodge offers 2 king size bedrooms fully customized with high-end finishes which to need to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log burning sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.
