Cod's Wallop is nestled in the sought after historic Middle Street conservation area. Situated 30 seconds from the beach and one street back from Deal’s bustling high street make it the ideal coastal retreat. Steeped in history, this elegant townhouse has been lovingly restored back to its former glory. Classic Georgian architecture, original panelling, fireplaces, stunning roll top baths and a wood burning stove combine with stylish fabrics and furnishings to create the perfect home from home.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.
