This 2 story back house is on a 1/2 acre, with a saltwater pool, kids swing set & fire pit. FREE WIFI, fully furnished kitchen, full bath, laundry rm, living rm with 60" smart tv, a single extra large 600ft² upstairs bedroom with a 55" smart tv. Bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ memory foam tops. Living rm has a pull out queen bed. No parties.

Great halfway stopping point between Death Valley and Yosemite. Perfect for traveling nurses, hospital is less than two miles away. Nature trails right out the back door. We are located in Stallion Springs about 14 miles from the town of Tehachapi ( local grocery stores are in town). We have a cozy guest apartment, located above the garage and detached from the main house. The apt will sleep 4 (2 on the fold out sofa-we also have a feather bed that can be added- and 2 on the double air mattress). We provide coffee/tea, and laundry services for guests as needed. Please note-we air the space out between 24-48 hours between guests and provide contactless entry.

This studio is located 20 miles northwest of Bakersfield (10 minutes from the 99 Freeway using hwy 46 turnoff) and 20 minutes from Interstate 5 Freeway. It is perfect for the out-of-town worker on assignment or guest that is visiting family in the area. PLEASE VIEW THE PICTURES VERY CAREFULLY. OUR PLACE DOES REQUIRE YOU TO CLIMB THE LADDER TO GET TO THE BED.
