The Views “The Penthouse" is a modern studio apartment in the centre of Keswick just off the Market Square. A parking permit is included allowing FREE use of the town car parks. It is on the top floor (that's why we call it The Penthouse) giving amazing 270 degree views over the roof tops of the surrounding mountains. From the living room there are outstanding views over the town and of Skiddaw and Latrigg. And of Derwentwater, Borrowdale Valley and the surrounding mountains from the kitchen.

This delightful one bedroom studio apartment, maintained by the owner, is the ground floor of a stone-built terraced cottage. It is within easy walking distance of all Keswick's amenities and is an ideal base from which to explore this superb part of the Lake District on foot, bicycle or by car. Comfortably furnished & spacious, it has a French door leading to the patio & shared garden. It is well equipped; includes wifi, TV, washing machine, maps & guides, central heating plus radiant heater.

Beautiful garden with BBQ/wood burning-stove. Bassenthwaite Lake is short walk and The Royal Oak pub is in the next village (Braithwaite) just over 1 mile away. The X5 bus runs past the door to Cockermouth, Workington to the west and to Keswick via Braithwaite (the pub). Great reviews and superhost.

Strawberry Cottage is a beautiful Lakeland stone end cottage in the centre of Keswick (circa 1840). The property boasts delightful views to the surrounding fells. Recently refurbished by the owners, giving it a contemporary feel in terms of décor and facilities. High Speed Internet, SkyQ in the lounge, Smart TV's in both bedrooms, Hypnos Mattresses, Bluetooth Speaker, Jacuzzi Bath. A parking permit for the long stay car parks is provided. Beautifully restored in early 2024, the property offers outdoor seating areas at both the front of the house and in the paved back garden and is the ideal base to explore the spectacular Lake District all year round.
