We've carefully preserved the charm that made us fall in love with this special place while adding the modern comforts you expect. Just a 10 minute walk to Kings Beach, restaurants and shops, it's the perfect home base for hiking, skiing, paddling the lake, and relaxing in the private hot tub. Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

The main room features a comfortable living space, fireplace and open kitchen with eating area. Four bedrooms with plenty of place to relax and enjoy. This home was newly built in 2023. Each room has a deck for enjoying the Tahoe scenery. Conveniently located near multiple ski resorts and walking distance to the beach.

The single-story property has a great backyard and the garage is converted into a lounge space with pool table, ping pong and arcade games.
