Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Donner Lake Getaway

This newly remodeled lovely condo is right on Donner Lake, 4 miles from SugarBowl and right off exit 180 on interstate 80. In the winter this is great access to town, all ski areas, and Donner Memorial State Park. In summer, you are on the lake, across the street to the boat ramp, and have access to a private beach that is a 5-10 minute walk. Perfect for families this condo can sleep up to 6 people. The condo was just renovated in December 2023.

This cozy upstairs corner unit is an upgraded 1BR McCloud Condominium very near the lake. Quiet and sunny with no neighbors above. Our condo, a blend of modern convenience and rustic charm, is decorated with antique recreation gear. You can walk a few minutes to the Hyatt casino, first-class dining, and recreation center. Access to the nearby Incline Village private beaches (Ski, Incline, and Burnt Cedar) is available but restricted.

This home is managed by Tahoe Mt Properties. The cleaning fee includes an accidental damage waiver. Upon reservation confirmation, guests are required to provide an email address and sign our booking agreement, which is listed under the house rules. For adult vacations, all individuals must be 25 years or older per our insurance. We look forward to hosting your Tahoe vacation!

North Lake Tahoe Vacation Home

Lovely Old Tahoe style cabin, wonderfully restored and completely upgraded. Located on 4 wooded lots on the beautiful North shore, just minutes from the Nevada State line/casinos. 2 short blocks to the fabulous Kings Beach State Park and waterfront, as well as many shops, restaurants, and mini golf!
