The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . Plenty of private Deck and terrace spaces.

Internally the cottage offers comfortable accommodation & has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom. Both the living room & main bedroom have smart TVs, and comfortably sleeps 4 adults with adult sized bunks!

Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems. Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

College View is a modernised stone terraced cottage originally built for rail workers in 1870 with magnificent views across the river to Dartmouth and up the estuary. An ideal base for exploring Devon by car, boat, train and walking. The south west coast path, Dart Marina & steam railway are close by. The patio is perfect for sunny days and sunsets and the loft room is an alternative for those "damp" days. A peaceful quiet spot since 50 steps down from the road with free road parking
