The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Sun Fun Cottage is an original 1950's Flat Top Cottage. This Pet friendly one bedroom home has one bath , open living area, sun porch and private fenced backyard. Beach and Sound access are just a short walk . With a public boat ramp down the street , take the house Kayak's and enjoy Kitty Hawk Bay. Walk over to the beach with the house provided beachcart and enjoy surf and sand, maybe even a a cocktail at High Tide above Avalon Pier. The perfect beach getaway for you and your pup. 2 Dog Max

Inside raw wood beams, floor to ceiling pine and a loft that kids will love are just some of the unique features our little cabin offers!
