Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

Sun Fun Cottage is an original 1950's Flat Top Cottage. This Pet friendly one bedroom home has one bath , open living area, sun porch and private fenced backyard. Beach and Sound access are just a short walk . With a public boat ramp down the street , take the house Kayak's and enjoy Kitty Hawk Bay. Walk over to the beach with the house provided beachcart and enjoy surf and sand, maybe even a a cocktail at High Tide above Avalon Pier. The perfect beach getaway for you and your pup. 2 Dog Max

Private, quiet and roomy space is perfectly located off the main roads but still close to the beach. This space was designed and built as a guest suite when the main house was built. Located right on the 7th hole of the Seascape Golf course and barely over a half-mile from the beach. Ride the provided bicycles to the local restaurants. Enjoy a drink on the ground-level deck or at the fire pit patio area. The beach is just a 15 minute stroll. Tranquil and relaxing, you'll be Swept Away!

Come relax at this sound front getaway on Kitty Hawk Bay! Newly renovated in 2021, this classic OBX cottage features a modern kitchen, updated bathroom, outdoor shower & modern accommodations. This 2 bedroom downstairs apartment sleeps up to 6 with parking for 2 vehicles. Enjoy the use of 3 paddle boards & a kayak off of the private dock or head to the nearby beach access with the provided necessities and then come back to enjoy spectacular sunset views from the private deck & hot tub.

Relax in private suite located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood, a quiet shady place to kick off your flip flops, and unwind after a busy day. Just a short distance away from the beach, golf course, restaurants, and shopping. This second floor suite has a private entrance, private deck, living room with sofa, 47" tv, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig, 2 bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen size beds, and one full bath. Yard, Outdoor shower, and fire-pit are available for your use.

Seaside Bungalow is a super cute cottage right across the street from the ocean. Gorgeous views and easy beach access make this the perfect relaxation spot. Be ready to kick off your shoes and enjoy this freshly renovated space. You will have 3 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 king, and 1 trundle daybed which make for comfortable accommodations. Kitty Hawk is a great central location on the Outer Banks with shopping and restaurants. We provide beach chairs and umbrella for your use.

Escape to our cozy cottage in the heart of Kitty Hawk. Located at milepost 4.5, this beach bungalow is a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the brand new deck with a crows nest, relax in the shade under the live oak trees, unwind in the hot tub, and enjoy the warmth of the fire while sitting around the fire pit on the back patio. This cottage offers the perfect getaway for families and friends to make lasting memories.

100 Year Old Cottage! Simple, Rustic, Charming

Our 100 year old cottage is nestled in the woods just a 5 minute drive from the ocean and only 1/2 mile to trails, boat ramp & kayak launch. Hit the beach or explore the sound during the day and enjoy our rustic retreat and it's awesome outdoor living space at night: herb garden, fire pit, grill and seating area. Inside raw wood beams, floor to ceiling pine and a loft that kids will love are just some of the unique features our little cabin offers!
