Beautiful boathouse built in 2023 located in the charming village Klaksvik. From the balcony you can enjoy the stunning view over the sea, mountains and rich wildlife. Very suitable as a base as you can easily reach most attractions within an hour by car, and public transport is also at the doorstep. Suitable for 4 adults. The place is 65 square meters with 1 bedroom with dobble bed, attic with two beds, bathroom with shower and well equipped kitchen/livingroom room with designer furniture.

On the 1st floor is a kitchen, the living room and the entry on the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet. The house is old and that shows. There is a public shower in the village and there is no shower in the house. You can not drive to the house
