There's a bathroom for worshin' up, a kitchen for cookin' vittles, a gatherin' room for pool and cards, a front porch with a swing so you can spit-n-whittle, and if Mother Nature allows, there's even a fire-pit for tellin' yarns. This is a two story house located on a cattle ranch with views of mountains and open fields all around. Pets are welcome . There is an additional $25 fee per pet. We also charge $15 per person per night after the first two guests . Our 1/2 bath consists of an outside porta potti. Clean and sanitary. We look forward to hosting you. Tim

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Welcome to The Basin Bungalow. Located close to Downtown Klamath Falls and right on route to Crater Lake National Park. This house was remodeled in 2020 and has thoughtful furnishings. There is a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and another queen bed and desk in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a new TV to stream your favorites. The kitchen has a gas range, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom is small and narrow but has a full tub and shower.

King bed, queen bed and two twin beds. Walking distance or short drive to crater lake zip line, lots of beautiful hiking trails, miles of lake to canoe or kayak. Only 45 miles to crater lake. Fully stocked kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. Fire pit outside for campfire. BBQ grill
