Opustite se sa svojom obitelji i prijateljima u ovom ugodnom smještaju. Lokacija kuće na mirnom mjestu, a udaljeno od mora i centra par minuta autom. Veliki grijani bazen 42 m2 u kojem se možete opuštati uz prekrasan panoramski pogled na more i otok Krk. Zalazak sunca je čaroban,a doživjeti ga možete sa balkona, terase ili iz bazena. Ķuća je novo sagrađena i opremljena vrlo moderno i kvalitetno, smjestena u Kvarnerskom zaljevu par kilometara od mosta za otok Krk (aerodrom) i grada Crikvenice.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Holiday house Marea smjestena je u malom mjestu Bribiru, 6 km od Crikvenice i 5 minuta voznje od Novog Vinodolskog. U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.

Entfernung zum Meer: 400 m Entfernung zum Strand: 600 m Gegenüber vom Haus gibt es einen Sportplatz mit einem Tennis-, Basketball- und einen Fussballplatz. Unter dem Haupthaus ist das Familienrestaurant Filipo. Auf dem Weg zum Strand hat es eine Post, Mini Market, eine Bäckerei, mehrere Kaffeebars und Restaurants. Auf Anfrage bieten wir für bis 10 Personen einen Schlafplatz. Auf Anfrage wäre auch eine Jahresmiete möglch.
