Generous space/kitchen, dining and living room in one. New wooden parquet floor. Two separate bedrooms with double beds - comfy and cozy.- you have to go through the first one - for connected people. Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
