Welcome to my lovingly designed and officially registered apartment. You can relax and work in the midst of chic and cozy designs. It is the perfect place for families, business and couples to discover beautiful Vienna. The apartment offers light-flooded living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a small outdoor patio, an infrared sauna, high speed wifi, Smart TV and a workplace are a matter of course. The city center, shopping streets, transport and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Sie bietet einen großzügigen Salon mit Klavier, Essbereich, Küchenzeile mit Bar-Feeling und Nespresso, Bibliothek mit Arbeitsbereich, ein romantisches Schlafzimmer, WIFI und ein original 70er Badezimmer. Mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr - Bus, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn - ist man im Nu im Zentrum, beim Schloß Schönbrunn oder beim Hauptbahnhof. Enjoy!

Sie betreten das Haus durch den hinteren Eingang und gelangen ins Stiegenhaus, welches auch von uns genutzt wird. Sie gelangen ins Dachgeschoss, wo sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Welcome to my charming 1-bedroom apartment , just a stone's throw away from the City Hall ! Location: The central location allows you to comfortably explore historical sights, top-notch restaurants, and vibrant shopping streets on foot. Public transportation is also easily accessible, enabling you to explore the entire city with ease. The surrounding offers: Parliament, Burgtheater, Rathauspark, Volksgarten, University, Volkstheater, Christmas Markets, Heldenplatz and much more.

Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

Welcome in our luxury apartment in the heart of Vienna. Take advantage of the very central location, just 50m away from the Tram 43 or Metro U6 Station "Alser Straße" with Only 4 Stops (7 Minutes) to the City Center. If you do not want to travel far you can enjoy the restaurants and bars close by (<100m). You will also find a big Supermarket just around the corner along with everything you could need. A City-Bike Rental Station is very close by. The AKH Hospital is 350m away.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.
