Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, maximum 2 pets).

Vernon Nazarene University, and Apple Valley Golf Course. Good place for family and friends to kayak and fish. There is a Splash Pad in town for children. In Mount Vernon, 15minutes away there is Hiawatha Waterpark. There is a fee. Family Reunions are Welcome. Great place to get away, read a book, sit by a fire and relax.
